Declutter your home:
Only send to Dubai home belongings that are irreplaceable, expensive or sentimental. After all, the less you ship, the more money you'll save!
eBay and Facebook Marketplace are excellent platforms for selling excess items to raise extra cash for your move. Take the rest of your stuff to charity shops, recycling centres, or your local tip.
Carefully prepare your belongings:
Cover every item in bubble wrap, using two or more layers for fragile things. Then, place them inside well-sealed moving boxes stuffed with packing peanuts or crumpled paper to absorb shock during transit.
If possible, disassemble your furniture to create more space. Then, wrap and cover everything with protective materials, like removal blankets, to prevent them from rubbing against each other.
Reserve a parking spot:
On loading day, purchase any necessary parking tickets before the MoveCube® arrives so our driver can park twenty metres or less from the entrance to your home.
It's your responsibility to load the MoveCube®. Why not ask friends and family for some help? If needed, a trolley is available to help transfer your containers. Our driver is happy to answer questions and offer advice, but they must keep the vehicle within eyesight at all times.
Evenly stack the MoveCube®:
Use your Starter Pack's plastic floor sheets to determine how much can fit inside the MoveCube®. Think of it like a game of Tetris: build steadily from the bottom upwards, with heaviest goods placed at the bottom, and lighter things above and towards the centre.
Fill gaps with solid containers. Avoid using loose items, as they might easily break and damage the rest of your shipment during transit.
