Your shipment has been cleared

Your shipment has arrived and been cleared through the appropriate import authorities. You will receive the invoice for the Final Instalment shortly. In the event your shipment has incurred any tax, duty or similar charges, then these will be listed on another attached invoice.

Please log into your account to pay and arrange for the day you want your shipment delivered to you. Check the address is correct. If you will not be in to receive your shipment, then please you tells us who. Log into your online account. In the Driver Notes, select “Other” from the dropdown and enter the name and mobile/cell number of the person who will receive your shipment in your absence.

You might not be able to book tomorrow as this may have already been closed off for scheduling or just fully booked. But don’t worry, simply try the next working day or the day after that. Delivery slots are booked on a first come, first served basis.
