The collection process

We have been unable to collect from you. If you have not done so already, please contact us immediately to reschedule.

In order to ensure the next collection attempt is a success, please check the address is complete and correct, particularly if it is a different address from the delivery. Also, if you will not be present, then please tells us who will be present. Go to your online account. In Driver Notes select “Other” from the dropdown and enter the name and mobile/cell number of the person who will be at the address.

We appreciate this is not helpful for all concerned but we will do everything we can to minimise the inconvenience.
