Returning your items

We have been unable to return your possessions back to you. If you have not done so already, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule.

In order to ensure the next delivery attempt is a success, please check the address is complete and correct. If you will not be in to receive your shipment, then please you tells us who will be present. Log into your account, in Driver Notes, select “Other” from the dropdown and enter the name and mobile/cell number of the person who will be present and any other information about the address that might help.

We appreciate that this is not helpful for all concerned but we will do everything we can to minimise the inconvenience.
