Redelivering your shipment

Your shipment has arrived and been cleared the appropriate import authorities. Unfortunately, some additional charges have been raised by the authorities. These charges have been listed on the attached invoice.

You will also see the invoice for the Final Instalment. Please log into your account and pay the remaining amount as soon as you can. This will release your shipment from our Hub and allow us to deliver to the Seven Seas Worldwide depot that is closest to your address. Once your shipment arrives at our depot, we will then contact you to arrange a day that suits you for the delivery of your shipment.
