Preparing for the arrival of your items

Your shipment has been cleared through the appropriate import authorities and has now arrived at our depot, available for delivery.

Please log into your account to pay and arrange for the day you want your shipment delivered to you. Check the address is complete and correct. If you will not be in to receive your shipment, then please you tells us who. In your account, in the Driver Notes section, select “Other” from the dropdown and enter the name and mobile/cell number of the person who will receive your shipment in your absence.

You might not be able to book tomorrow as this may have already been closed off for scheduling. But don’t worry, simply try the next working day or the day after that. Delivery slots are booked on a first come, first served basis.

If you want us to store your boxes for a short while then please call to discuss temporary storage.
