Preparing your luggage for shipping to Singapore from Malaysia

We ship almost anything to Singapore, from suitcases, bags, and boxes to golf clubs and guitars. Start with an instant free quote, make a booking and choose a suitable date so we can come to your home and collect your luggage. Before collection day, suitably prepare all boxes and bags so we can safely transport them to our closest depot. Please note that for your and our driver's safety the weight limit for each container is 30kg/66lbs. Weigh everything individually on bathroom scales. If something exceeds the limit, move some items to a lighter container.

Suitcases will be placed inside double-walled cardboard boxes at our nearest depot for protection during the long journey to Singapore. Avoid extra charges by letting us know the precise dimensions of your suitcases, including anything that protrudes.

For an accurate suitcase measurement, follow these three steps:

  1. Stand your suitcase upright.
  2. Measure its height, length and width (depth), including anything that protrudes, like wheels or handles. Our maximum accepted suitcase size is 89cm height, 59cm length, and 49cm width.
  3. We'll place your suitcase inside a larger box at our nearest depot, but please double-check to ensure the accuracy of your measurements.

Prepare your sports equipment and musical instruments

Are you heading to Singapore to take part in some fun adventures? The country is perfect for various outdoor sports and pursuits thanks to hilly landscapes, gorgeous beaches and sunny weather! As well as extra baggage, you can ship bikes, golf bags, surfboards and more to Singapore. From cycling by majestic mountains to water sports at one of many stunning beaches, visitors travel to Singapore from far and wide for the experience.

Like suitcases and rucksacks, we'll box sports equipment and instruments into specially shaped, chemically strengthened cardboard shipping containers at our nearest depot. Please securely prepare them before collection. Include original bags or cases and wrap everything in a few layers of bubble wrap.

Remember to clean and dry your equipment. Failure to do so may result in fines or delays if a Singapore environmental agent discovers organic matter. Check out our Singapore Customs Advice page for more information.

Ship baggage to Singapore with high-quality shipping boxes

If your suitcases or rucksacks are overflowing, fear not! We offer robust cardboard boxes to protect your excess possessions when shipping to Singapore. Our most popular containers are Large (perfect for clothing and other soft items) and Standard (for smaller, solid items). See below for their exact dimensions. Order an excess of shipping boxes, and we'll collect any that remain unused and in brand-new condition for free.

You can use your own boxes and bags if necessary. But please avoid laundry bags, plastic crates, used food boxes and bin liners. Such delicate containers are likely to break and damage the rest of your luggage shipment.
