  • 箱子的组装指南和信息都已经印在箱子上了。

请确保所有的纸箱不要超过30公斤（66磅），否则会产生额外的费用。司机会要求您重新打包超重的纸箱。

请确保在司机告知的取件时间留人在家完成取件，请在取件之前告知我们你所要托运的箱子数量。如果在未告知我们的情况下，司机可能无法完成取件，这可能导致额外的收费。

我们会推荐你最好多订几个空箱子，你只需要按照所使用的空箱支付运费。所有没有使用的空箱都可以免费的退换给我们，请注意保持不要损坏未使用的空箱。
