If a box, bag or suitcase exceeds the limit, move some items to a lighter container.
At our depot, we place suitcases inside chemically strengthened cardboard boxes for protection during the long journey to Malaysia. Avoid unwanted charges by providing precise dimensions of your suitcases, including anything that sticks out.
For an accurate suitcase measurement, follow these three steps:
- Stand your suitcase upright.
- Measure its height, length and width (depth), including anything that protrudes, like wheels and handles. Our maximum accepted suitcase size is 89cm height, 59cm length, and 49cm width.
