No hidden charges guarantee

Specially toughened packing boxes with bubblewrap and tape delivered to your home to start packing.  Don't be caught short, take a few extra, you only pay for what you send! Our large and standard boxes have packing tips printed on the flaps at the top of each box type.The maximum weight per item is 30kg but no limit on the number of items you want to move.

» What's the difference between a Large Box and Standard Box?

If you can pack a TV back into its original packaging and box then this would be acceptable, providing the box is not damaged in any way.

» What are unacceptable packing types?

Our drivers' delivery and collection times are scheduled and communicated to you the night before. It's essential to make sure all your contact details are correct as this stage is crucial!

What is the difference between “door of the building” and “door of my home”?

Your boxes and packing materials are delivered to the either the entrance of your building or your front door. When ready we collect your packed belongings from the same location. Once shipped to your destination, we deliver your belongings either to the entrance of your building or your front door.

We provide FREE storage when you book the Baggage Worldwide service. This can be up to 2 weeks before your belongings are shipped with an additional 2 weeks at the destination if required. We hope this can allow you essential time to make your arrangements.

When you make a booking & order boxes a deposit is taken, this is the first payment. Once you have your packed boxes collected, we will contact you to arrange the second & final payment towards the end of the arranged storage period. However if your plans change you can extend your storage period if required. Your final balance needs to be cleared before your belongings can be returned

» Why do you offer a 2 and 3-stage payment plan?
