In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim, immediate notification should be given to SEVEN SEAS WORLDWIDE LTD. at the address shown on the 'Contact Us' page, wherever your final delivery is made.
All claims must be submitted within 30 days.
Whether you telephone, write, telefax or e-mail, please provide the following information:
- Your name and address for correspondence
- Your Combined Invoice & Box Receipt Number if known
- As many details as possible of your claim
Claims documentation will be sent to you immediately. In the meantime you should attempt to obtain estimates where possible for necessary repairs or replacements.
If you did not endorse the delivery documentation when receiving your goods, you should also write to the final delivery agent advising them of the nature of the damage or loss.
PLEASE NOTE: As with all insurance there is an ‘ insurance excess liability’ amount whereby the customer is liable for an initial proportionate amount of the claim being registered.
In this instance the ‘excess liability’ for insurance placed with Aviva is currently based upon a UK Sterling amount of £50.00 (fifty pounds) or the equivalence in local currency.
