Here at Seven Seas Worldwide we have developed high quality, well thought through packing and shipping materials for protection of your excess baggage shipment. Our shipping cartons are chemically hardened cardboard giving your shipment additional protection. We deliver these to your address so you can pack your personal posessions when it suits you; we recommend that you order a few extra cartons as it is difficult to know exactly how much packing material you will require. These cartons are free of charge and we strongly advise you to use these materials which are specifically made for the Seven Seas Worldwide Group. We know a thing or two about shipping so are quite fussy when it comes to developing packaging materials that provide maximum protection for our customers’ personal effects. If you do not use these cartons, there are no additional charges provided these cartons are returned and Seven Seas Worldwide can redistribute these to other customers. |

Seven Seas Worldwide will deliver packing materials which includes bubble wrap, rolls of tape and marker pen together with the shipping cartons you request. We do not charge for these packing materials and they are yours to use to ensure you pack your excess baggage in the most secure way for safe shipping. Should you require an additional delivery of our free packing materials , a charge will be made for the delivery only. |

Where Seven Seas Worldwide operates it own fleet of vehicles you will be provided a one-hour time-slot our driver will aim to be with you for the delivery, collection or redelivery of your shipment which allows you to plan your time better on that day. A message will be sent to you the night before by SMS messaging and / or e-mail with the allocated time-slot; alternatively you can call our TOLL FREE numbers. In areas which are not supported by our own Seven Seas Worldwide fleet, i.e. where we operate via our partner network, we are unable to provide this option to you. |
